Customer Reviews for The Spa at Camelback Inn
Katelyn Ramella — 4/5 (via Google)
This spa is excellent. The new renovations are awesome. The sauna was hot, mist was cold, the steam room (could have been warmer). The showers were clean and had several beauty products available for use. Scrub available to try in shower lounge. Light snacks and water/tea provided. Extra sensory chairs available. The only bummer was the pool was under construction so we had to go to the main resort pool. Also they claim to have dynamic pricing for treatments. Want to go at 12:30p instead of 8am? Your 270 dollar facial (online when booking) is now 340 and you won’t realize till you go to pay. That’s wrong! Misleading clients is not appreciated. You should be giving a discount for not having full amenities. Ps. Stop giving talking tours and loud instructions in the relaxation spa area. Do this in the lobby. Every 2 minutes a new tour walks through saying the same speech while I’m trying to relax on the infra red lounge chairs. Just breaks up the peace a little bit. Otherwise an amazing experience with great service. I would recommend you go, but keep an eye on the pricing. And wait for the pool renovations to be complete.

Highly recommend! The renovations alone are worth visiting. No detail ignored. Absolutely stunning! My massage was wonderful and my mom had a facial she was very pleased with. Left relaxed and recharged. Will be back!

My mom has done many spa treatments and spa days in her lifetime but I've only been once. I was a little hesitant to sign up for this when we went on her work trip together because I just...well...wasn't used to something like this. BUT I am so glad I did, because this place was amazing. The snacks, the hidden away pool for after your spa-time, the food, the hot tub, the lockers, the massage therapists, etc. Everything was fantastic. I did have to remind my therapist to avoid my ankle because I had an injury that I didn't want irritated by being massaged, and she almost started touching it. SO that was a bummer because it did take me out of the zone for a second, but honestly that's not a huge deal since it was an hour massage and she did great the rest of the time. I will definitely be going back someday, because phew, I need it.
Daniel Herrera — 5/5 (via Google)
I visited this resort for a work function so I can’t speak to the price but the staff is fantastic. I am allergic to onions and the staff went above and beyond to help make my stay amazing. I was the only one out of 250 ish people who attended the event and every dish was labeled as containing onions or not. When the options were limited, the chef prepared me a separate meal that was delicious! All the wait staff that attended to us for the 4 days were friendly and made us feel welcome. The location is beautiful and the amenities are numerous and enjoyable. I only wish I had brought my wife with me and extended our stay.
